Jim Does It provides design and development services, including websites, iOS applications, and Android applications, delivered under individual project agreements or statements of work agreed with each client. These Terms govern your use of our public website and general communications with the Studio; they do not replace or override any signed client agreement, which will control in the event of a conflict.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design work — is the property of Jim Does It and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Ownership of deliverables produced for a specific client project is governed by that project's signed agreement.
